The Crawford County Township Association and The Ohio Township Association are dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the township government in Ohio. The OTA has more than 5,200 active members, made up of trustees and fiscal officers from Ohio’s 1,308 townships, and more than 4,000 associate members.
 

Associate membership is available to any person or business interested in the promotion and preservation of township government. Associate membership is $18 annually with the following benefits

Membership includes:

  • membership to the Crawford County Township Association - invitation to meetings and meals, Crawford County Jr Fair Livestock sale support, updates from and transparency in your local government

  • membership to the Ohio Township Association – support for the OTA scholarship fund

  • subscription to the Ohio Township News bi-monthly magazine & emailed legislative updates

  • Discounted training opportunities tailored for townships and sample policies for hot button issues

  • Representation by the OTA before the Ohio General Assembly and Congress

  • OTA staff resources for questions via phone or email with the latest information for reliable help and guidance
