REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS

The Tod Township Trustees meet every second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Public is welcome to attend. Contact the trustees to be included on the agenda.

VOTING for TOD TOWNSHIP

Voting for Tod Township residents is held in the Community Room at Wynford High School.

YEAR END FINANCIALS

The 2025 Annual Financial Report for Tod Township is available for review at the office of the Fiscal Officer.

CEMETERY CLEAN-UP

The annual Oceola Cemetery clean-up day is scheduled for April 1st each year. Families are responsible to remove any wanted items by March 31st . Decorating may resume on April 2nd following the Rules and Regulations found on the “Cemeteries” page.

TRUSTEE RETIREMENT

A 32 year service plaque was presented to Trustee Dale Sipe by fellow Trustees, Jeff Darby and Earl Butler on Dec. 9, 2025.

Thank you to Jeff Darby for 8 years of township service and to Dale Sipe for 32 years of township service.

Trustee Dale Sipe retired on January 1, 2026, after serving Tod Township for 32 years. His wealth of Township Government knowledge will be greatly missed. Dale has represented Tod Township on several committees at the county level as well as the local level.

Resident safety has been his utmost priority over the years. Keeping the township roads cleared of snow and debris as well as in the best shape possible has been a major focus of his. Dale has campaigned for the best EMS and fire coverage possible for the area. He has been a true servant of the people.

Trustee Jeff Darby has served the Township for 8 years. Jeff has been an excellent trustee working diligently for the residents of Tod Township.

Both Mr. Sipe and Mr. Darby will be missed by Tod Township and we wish them the best in their next endeavors.
